How long does delivery take?
We offer a range of different delivery options and each offers different delivery speeds.
- Standard Delivery (2-3 working days after dispatch)
- Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before 10am)
How long does it take you to dispatch my order?
In the vast majority of cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your order (not including weekends and bank holidays).
If for whatever reason there will be a delay in us dispatching your order, we’ll reach out to keep you updated.
How does your return policy work?
Customer service is a top priority of ours – we want to get things right.

Is there free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders over £40.
Will I be asked for my ID upon delivery?
As we sell 18+ products there is a few ways that we verify your ID. One of the ways is with our delivery company that will confirm ID upon delivery. This is completely normal and once the driver has verified your age you will receive your order.
